WaltonFM acquires City Services Management
Los Angeles, CA – July 2nd 2010 – Walton Facilities Management Inc. (WFM) today announced the acquisition of City Services Management (CSM), a leading provider of Janitorial and Landscape services in Los Angeles County.
With this acquisition, CSM becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of WFM and will be rebranded on July 12th as WaltonFM. The existing CSM management team will continue to drive the business from the existing Torrance facility utilizing the WFM methodologies with the intent to grow the brand through both Orange and San Diego counties.
